Whats the difference between Raw Hair and Virgin hair?

When do you ship after I place an order?

Your order will be processed the next working day. If you are purchasing before 1pm, your order will be processed the same working day.

Can I pick up my order same working day?

Yes, please DM us on instagram @diamondldnhair_.

Does next day delivery apply to all products?

No, only ready to ship items is available for next day delivery. If you have placed any other products under next day delivery that is not under ready to ship your order will still be processed under 3-5 working days delivery. Your next day delivery shipping fee will be refunded. 

Can I use my 10% code twice?

No, you can only use it once.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

Refunds & Exchanges are only acceptable in the rare occasion we mistakenly send the wrong items. In such a case please send us an email at diamondldnhair@gmail.com

Please note when exchanging the item needs to be in the same condition. We do not accept used items.

You have 14 day working days to return the item if sent mistakenly. 

Due to the nature of the business we do not accept returns.
