What types of hair do you offer?
At DIAMONDLDNHAIR, we specialise in Vietnamese human hair, with two main collections:
Raw Vietnamese Hair: Single-donor human hair kept in its natural texture, available in Natural Straight and Natural Wavy.
Virgin Vietnamese Hair: Multiple-donor human hair, available in Straight, Body Wave and Burmese Curls.
We also offer 613 Blonde hair, alongside HD lace closures and frontals.
What is the difference between raw and virgin hair?
Both raw and virgin hair are real human hair.
Our Raw Vietnamese Hair comes from a single donor and retains its natural texture without chemical or steam processing to create a different pattern.
Our Virgin Vietnamese Hair comes from multiple donors and may be steam-processed to achieve particular textures.
Is Body Wave or Burmese Curly hair considered raw?
Not when the texture has been created through processing.
Raw hair retains its naturally occurring texture. When hair is steam-processed to create Body Wave, Deep Wave, Burmese Curls or another manufactured texture, it is no longer in its original raw state.
This doesn’t mean the hair is synthetic or poor quality. It simply means the texture has been altered.
How long does the hair last?
The lifespan of human hair extensions depends on the hair itself, how frequently it is worn, the products used and how well it is maintained.
With appropriate care, human hair extensions can be reused across multiple installations. We do not guarantee a fixed lifespan.
How should I care for my hair extensions?
We recommend washing your extensions with a gentle shampoo and conditioner, detangling carefully and avoiding excessive heat.
Use a heat protectant when styling, avoid heavy product build-up and store your extensions properly when they are not being worn.
For curly and wavy textures, follow a suitable maintenance routine to help preserve the pattern.
Can the hair be coloured or bleached?
Human hair can be coloured or lightened, but the results depend on its starting colour, previous processing and overall condition.
We recommend consulting an experienced professional colourist and carrying out a strand test before any chemical treatment.
We cannot guarantee that every bundle will safely lift to a particular blonde shade.
Does Raw Vietnamese Hair hold curls?
Our Raw Vietnamese Hair is naturally straight or wavy, depending on the collection.
Although it can be styled with heat, curl retention varies. For longer-lasting curls, rollers or pin curls may be needed.
What shipping options do you offer?
Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Some orders may be dispatched directly from our supplier, while others may be dispatched from the UK. Processing and delivery times can vary depending on the product and its availability.
Please review the delivery information before completing your purchase.
How will I receive updates about my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email after successfully placing your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.
Please note that order confirmation does not mean your parcel has already been dispatched.
Do you offer same-day collection?
Collection is subject to product availability and prior arrangement.

Do you offer next-day delivery?
Next-day delivery is only available where explicitly offered for an eligible, ready-to-ship product.
Made-to-order or supplier-dispatched items require additional processing time and are not automatically eligible for next-day delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, alongside any additional payment options displayed at checkout, including eligible buy-now-pay-later services.
Available methods may vary depending on your location and eligibility.
Do you accept returns, refunds or exchanges?
We handle returns, refunds and exchanges in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.
For most standard online purchases, customers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order. Exceptions may apply, including certain personalised products and qualifying sealed hygiene-sensitive goods.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us promptly so we can assist.

Do you offer wig customisation?
Wigs are available on request, subject to availability.
Customisation options, including lace preparation, plucking and other services, must be discussed and confirmed before ordering. These services are not automatically included.
