UK Next Day Delivery is available for £9.99.

To qualify for next-day delivery, orders must be placed before 1 PM. This service is only applicable for READY TO SHIP items. If your order includes pre-order or custom items, it will not qualify for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the following working day and delivered the next working day after dispatch.

UK Standard Delivery (3-7 Working Days) is available for £5.99. Orders under this option typically arrive within 3-7 working days after dispatch.

UK Standard Delivery (5-10 Working Days) is available for free.

This option is perfect for customers who do not require expedited delivery. Orders using this service are typically delivered within 5-10 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Process:

We work with trusted vendors to source your luxury hair. Once your order is placed, our vendor ships the items to us. Upon receiving your products, we conduct thorough quality checks, package them in our signature DiamondLDNHair packaging, and dispatch them via Royal Mail on the same day we receive them.

After dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s journey.

Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will not be processed until the next working day (Monday). Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours after dispatch to receive your tracking details. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, or other factors.

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or peak holiday seasons. If your parcel is delayed, we recommend contacting Royal Mail directly with your tracking information.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout, as DiamondLDNHair cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Next Day Delivery is exclusively available for "Ready to Ship" items. If your order includes pre-order or custom items, it will automatically default to standard shipping timelines.
