At DIAMONDLDNHAIR, we believe in keeping our customers informed about how their orders are prepared, dispatched and delivered.
Our hair is sourced from Vietnam, and fulfilment times depend on product availability, production requirements and delivery destination.
Whether you’re ordering from the UK, the United States or another international destination, please read the information below before placing your order.
1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Our products fall into three availability categories:
READY TO SHIP
These products are physically available in our London stock and do not require additional production.
Orders can be prepared for dispatch without waiting for manufacturing.
Please note that Ready to Ship does not automatically mean next-day delivery.
AVAILABLE FROM OUR SUPPLIER
These products are already in stock with our supplier in Vietnam and do not require new production.
Additional time is required for order preparation and shipping, whether the product is dispatched directly to you or sent to London for packaging first.
MADE TO ORDER
These products are prepared after your order has been placed.
Production times vary depending on the hair type, texture, length, lace product and any customisation requested.

Orders containing multiple products may require additional preparation time, particularly where closures, frontals or customisation are involved.
3. UK SHIPPING & DELIVERY 🇬🇧
We offer UK delivery for orders dispatched from London or directly from our supplier in Vietnam.
Orders Dispatched from London
Products already available in our London stock are prepared and packaged by DIAMONDLDNHAIR before dispatch.
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout.
Orders Shipped from Vietnam to London
Some products are shipped from Vietnam to London for inspection and packaging before being dispatched to the customer.
Shipping from Vietnam to the UK is estimated at 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Additional time is required for receiving, packaging and final UK delivery.
Orders Shipped Directly from Vietnam
Certain orders may be dispatched directly from our supplier in Vietnam to your UK address.
Estimated shipping time is 3–5 working days after dispatch, excluding production time and unexpected customs or courier delays.
Orders dispatched directly from Vietnam may arrive in standard courier packaging rather than DIAMONDLDNHAIR-branded packaging.

They do not include any additional time required for London packaging, onward UK delivery or unexpected customs delays.
Products already available in stock may be dispatched sooner.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY 🌍
We welcome international customers, including those based in the United States.
International orders may be dispatched from London or directly from our supplier in Vietnam, depending on product availability and fulfilment arrangements.
International Processing Times
Products already available in stock do not require additional manufacturing.
Made-to-order products follow the production times outlined in Section 2.
International Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, courier service, dispatch location and customs requirements.
Estimated shipping times will be displayed at checkout or confirmed before your order is finalised.
Please note: The 3–5 working day shipping estimate applies to Vietnam-to-UK shipments and does not automatically apply to international destinations.
International Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on the destination, parcel weight and courier service.
Available shipping costs will be displayed at checkout or confirmed before payment.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees.
Any applicable charges and payment responsibilities will be communicated during checkout or before purchase, where required.
6. HOW YOUR ORDER MAY BE FULFILLED
Depending on the product and its availability, your order may follow one of three routes:
London Dispatch: Your hair is already available in London and is packaged and dispatched directly to you.
Vietnam to London: Your hair is shipped from our supplier in Vietnam to DIAMONDLDNHAIR for inspection and packaging before final delivery.
Direct Supplier Dispatch: Your hair is shipped directly from our supplier in Vietnam to your delivery address.
Direct supplier orders may arrive in standard courier packaging without DIAMONDLDNHAIR-branded packaging.
7. ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information where available.
Please allow time for courier tracking systems to update.
For made-to-order products, tracking will generally become available once production is complete and the order has been dispatched.
If you have concerns about your tracking information, please contact us with your order number.
8. DELIVERY ADDRESSES & MISSED DELIVERIES
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, please follow the courier’s instructions regarding redelivery or collection.
If your parcel is missing, significantly delayed or incorrectly delivered, please contact DIAMONDLDNHAIR so we can investigate and assist.
9. DELIVERY DELAYS
All production and shipping timeframes are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly guaranteed.
Occasional delays may occur due to production requirements, customs processing, courier disruptions, public holidays or circumstances outside our immediate control.
If a significant delay affects your order, please contact us for assistance.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
