THE WOMAN BEHIND THE BRAND

 

DIAMONDLDNHAIR was built from a passion for beautiful hair and a belief that customers deserve to know what they’re purchasing.

As the founder, I’ve always understood how much our hair can mean to us. It’s part of how we express ourselves, how we feel and how we choose to show up in the world.

But as my business grew, I realised that selling hair wasn’t enough for me. I wanted to understand it.

Where does it come from? How is it collected? What makes one bundle different from another? And what really separates raw hair from virgin hair?

Those questions led me to Vietnam.

 

MY JOURNEY TO VIETNAM

 

In September 2026, I travelled to Vietnam to visit hair suppliers and learn more about the industry firsthand.

Over the course of my trip, I visited more than 30 suppliers, explored production facilities, examined different hair textures and learned about the processes involved in preparing human hair extensions.

I paid attention to everything, from how hair was collected and sorted to how bundles were constructed and lace products were made.

It was important for me to see these processes for myself rather than rely solely on what I was being told.

That experience changed the way I approached my business.

I returned with more knowledge, a clearer understanding of the products I wanted to offer and a stronger commitment to being transparent with my customers.

OUR HAIR

 

Today, DIAMONDLDNHAIR focuses on Vietnamese human hair, with collections that reflect the differences in sourcing and preparation.

Our Raw Vietnamese Hair is single-donor hair that retains its natural texture.

Our Virgin Vietnamese Hair is multiple-donor human hair, with a range of textures available to suit different styling preferences.

We believe those distinctions matter.

Not every curly or wavy bundle is naturally that texture, and not every product described as raw has remained in its original state.

That’s why education is part of our brand. We want you to understand the hair you’re choosing, not simply purchase it because of how it’s advertised.

Every stage of this journey has taught me something, and travelling to Vietnam was an important step towards the brand I’m creating.

My goal is simple: to build a hair company that women can return to with confidence, knowing what they’re purchasing and why.
